HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!
Tired of giving the man in your life the same old boring ties, tools and gadgets? Treat him to something unique that will relax, refresh and rejuvenate him.
Honor his Father’s Day by offering him the gift of massage.
CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE DAY!
Happy July 4th! Have fun enjoying the picnics, fireworks and time spent with your loved ones!
So that our therapists can join in the celebrations, Even Keel will be closed for the holiday, but will reopen on Monday July 6, 2009.
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM.
Saturday appointments are limited, so please call (252) 480-3581 for times.
Additionally, as the summer season gets busier, we encourage you to call in advance for your appointments so that you can schedule the time you desire.
HOT FUN IN THE SUMMERTIME!
Did you know that the skin is the largest organ in the human body? Being outdoors is great for receiving the benefits of Vitamin D, but you also need to protect your skin from harmful ultra-violet rays.
So before you soak up that sun, be sure to apply a suntan lotion with a sufficient SPF count to prevent future damage and discourage premature aging.
Another very important way to protect your skin is to keep yourself hydrated. Dehydration can cause a myriad of problems for the whole body and not just your skin. Some signs of dehydration are dry mouth, dizziness or dark discoloration of the urine.
Keep healthy and drink a sufficient amount of fluids such as water or juice while you are out and about.
Remember, alcohol is a diuretic, so if you do happen to imbibe a little while you’re on vacation, just increase your water intake slightly.
Stay safe, and have a great vacation!
