When you arrive at Even Keel, you can expect:

• To receive a comprehensive and confidential health screen to insure your safety (if you are a first-time client)
  
  
• Shown to one of two massage treatment rooms, where your therapist will review your health screen with you and assess your overall state of health
  
  
• If you are a returning client, your therapist will review any changes that may have occured since your last session
  
  
• Your therapist will discuss the massage session that is planned / requested.  Before the therapist leaves the room, you will be given directions on how to be positioned on the table and you will be asked to disrobe to a level with which you are comfortable
  
  
• For some clients, moist heat packs and / or ice packs may be applied during the session
  
  
• For some clients, topical analgesics (e.g., Sombra, Nature's Chemist) may be applied at the end of the session
  
  
• All clients will be given water at the end of the session as well as any post-session instructions (e.g., stretching, icing, etc.)
